We only collect the information absolutely necessary to provide you with our reselling tools and services:

• Account Data: When you register, we collect your authentication details via Firebase (such as your email address and basic profile information).
• Marketplace Data: If you connect a third-party marketplace (e.g., eBay), we securely store the OAuth access and refresh tokens required to draft listings and manage inventory on your behalf. We do not see or store your marketplace passwords.
• Listing Content: Images, item descriptions, and parameters you upload to the App to utilize the AI generation and cross-listing tools.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics regarding your Coin usage, daily streaks, and the number of items you list to support our gamification and Monthly Drawings.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected via the App to:

• Create and manage your account and virtual Coin wallet.
• Generate AI-assisted listing titles and descriptions based on the images and data you provide.
• Interact with third-party marketplace APIs to cross-list items and deactivate sold inventory.
• Process payments and subscriptions.
• Administer Monthly Drawings, promotions, and notify winners.

3. Third-Party Sharing and AI Processing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties in the following specific scenarios to make the App function:

• Artificial Intelligence: Images and text prompts you submit for listing generation are processed by third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini). These inputs are used strictly to generate your listing results and are subject to the AI provider's privacy standards.
• Payment Processors: We use Stripe, Google Play Billing, and Apple In-App Purchases for secure payment processing. We do not collect or store your financial information (like full credit card numbers) on our servers.
• Marketplaces: We transmit your listing data to platforms like eBay solely when you initiate a cross-listing or inventory management action.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Your account data, tokens, and virtual wallet balances are stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

• Your Right to Delete: You have the absolute right to delete your account and wipe your data from our database at any time.
• How to Execute: You can permanently delete your account directly inside the App by navigating to the Settings menu and selecting "Delete Account." This will instantly wipe your Firebase profile, marketplace tokens, and app history from our live servers.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
